Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) for $49, expedited shipping (3-5 business days) for $79, and white glove delivery (7-10 business days) for $149. White glove delivery includes room placement and basic assembly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our international shipping options in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. You can also track your order using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Furniture must be unassembled and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All VesperAureate furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranties are available for purchase on select items. Warranty details are included with your product documentation.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you discover any damage, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return as appropriate.

Can I request fabric or finish samples?
Yes, we offer complimentary fabric and finish samples. You can request samples through our website or by emailing [email protected]. Sample requests typically ship within 2-3 business days.
