You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases through our platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as fraud, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order by VesperAureate. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

VesperAureate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to VesperAureate for products in the six months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on VesperAureate.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of VesperAureate or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

The VesperAureate name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VesperAureate. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as necessary to make purchases from our store.

Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged furniture within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VesperAureate is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
